^If you require a pre-job In-Home Visit to get an estimate or assessment, a flat fee to cover my time will be payable

- 1 hour travel time to site
+ time / research / skills / knowledge / labour etc, including purchasing, planning, troubleshooting, trades liaison etc. The expectation you will also be FULLY HANDS-ON
* You are welcome to request me to help source necessary materials using any applicable trade discounts. PPE, materials and specialist equipment costs are borne by you
